Q1: Can I place an order even if I'm not a member?
A: To ensure your rights as a consumer, you must register as a member before making a purchase, which will allow you to track your orders and shipment status.

Q1: Which regions can products be shipped to?
A: Taiwan (including Penghu, Kinmen), Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, United States, Macau, Philippines, China, Japan, Australia, Vietnam, Canada, South Korea, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Thailand.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit Card (domestic and international Visa, Mastercard, JCB).
Payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB) is required for all international orders.

Q4: How are international shipping costs calculated?
A: After you add items to your cart and check out, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.

Q5: How long will I have to wait to receive my items?
A: In stock items take 5-10 business days to ship to Taiwan and 5-14 business days to ship internationally. Delivery may be delayed during holidays or festive periods.
Pre-ordered items are shipped within 5-10 business days of arriving in stock.

Q6: Do you plan to restock out-of-stock items?
A: We will post any news regarding item restocking on our website.

Q7: If an item is found to be defective upon receipt, can it be returned or exchanged?

Q8: Is there a charge for paying by credit card?
A: There is no charge for paying in NTD with credit cards issued by financial institutions in Taiwan. There is a charge for PayPal and international credit card payments.

Q9: What if I haven't received my pre-ordered items by the expected delivery date?
A: The manufacturing and delivery of pre-ordered items involves an increased level of uncertainty. The delivery date on the item page is an estimate and may be delayed depending on the circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Q10: If an order includes pre-ordered items, will the non-pre-ordered items be shipped separately?
A: If the order includes pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped together as soon as the pre-ordered items are in stock. Please place separate orders if you would like non-pre-ordered items to be shipped separately.

Q11: Is it possible to change the delivery address or other order information after I've placed an order?
A: If you would like to make any changes to your order information, please contact Customer Service before your order is shipped. We will not be able to make any changes after your order has been shipped.
