【2025.04.30】US Order Shipping Announcement

Thank you for your love and support for the NU: Carnival official store.

As a result of the US tariff policy, starting in May 2025, packages sent to the US may face high tariffs.

Please take note of the following related effects and explanations:
1. Products made in China will be subject to high tariffs. Orders under US$800 will no longer enjoy tax exemption.
2. Depending on the product type, products made in other counties may also be subject to additional tariffs with different tax rates.
3. Currently, checkout prices on the store do not include tariffs and other taxes that may be incurred. Before placing an order, please carefully check the country of origin indicated on each product page and confirm you understand and agree to bear the relevant taxes. Taxes incurred upon delivery must be borne by the buyer. Product tax amounts are determined by US customs on the basis of the actual import situation. We are unable to offer an estimated amount in advance. For this we apologize.
4. Please note that once products are shipped out, they will incur shipping and tariff fees. If you cancel the order or refuse to accept the delivery after the products have been shipped out, all incurred fees will be deducted from the refund, including international return shipping fees, tariffs, and refund processing fees.
